Information and support

We are a wholesaler that exclusively focuses on webshops, retailers, and projects. Would you like to place an order? Feel free to send us an email at info@zijlstra.nl. Please include your location so we can refer you to one of our dealers near you.

You can submit an application via our webshop or send an email to info@zijlstra.nl. We strive to process your application as quickly as possible. One of our enthusiastic account managers will then contact you.

With an account, you get insight into our assortment, current prices, and stock levels. All information is live and up-to-date. Additionally, you can easily place (return) orders and submit service requests.

Based on your previous orders, we create an overview of items that have been discontinued from our assortment and are no longer part of our collection. You can download this file via My Account > My Downloads > Discontinued Items. Note: you must be logged in to download this file.

Ordering and payment

To place an order in our webshop, log in to your account, add the desired products to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and choose the payment option that applies to your company. After confirmation, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

After you have placed an order, we check if your outstanding orders have reached the minimum order value. If so, we check if all items are in stock. When everything is available, your order is collected and prepared in our warehouse. We then schedule the shipment, and you will receive your order within 10 working days.

If the minimum order value has not yet been reached, we will wait to deliver until it is. Once the order value is sufficient, but not all items are in stock, we choose to deliver part of the order for a stock order. However, we always deliver a dropshipment order completely at once.

Shipping

Zijlstra offers three shipping methods: standard delivery, express delivery, and dropshipping. The latter two options are only available for orders shipped to business or residential addresses within the Netherlands, Germany, France, or Belgium. Large parcels are exclusively shipped to these countries, while smaller packages can be delivered throughout Europe.

With standard delivery, we schedule your shipment as soon as the minimum order value of your outstanding order(s) has been reached and the items are in stock. You will receive your order within 10 business days.
There are no shipping costs for standard delivery.

Items not in stock

If some items in your outstanding order(s) are not in stock, we will proceed with a partial delivery for stock items. The items being shipped must still meet the minimum order value.

Minimum order value not reached

If your outstanding order(s) have not yet reached the minimum order value (excluding VAT), we will wait to ship until the threshold is met. Need an item urgently? You can request an express delivery. Please note that additional shipping costs apply.

With express delivery, your order will be delivered within 72 hours. We deliver to both business and residential addresses throughout Europe.
Please note: larger parcels can only be delivered to the Netherlands, Germany, France, and Belgium.

Shipping costs

Express deliveries are subject to shipping fees. The exact cost depends on the items in your shopping cart.
Small items (less than 300 cm in size and up to 30 kg) are shipped via DPD parcel service. Larger items are delivered by courier or freight truck.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of packages, dimensions, and weight of the order. You will see the exact costs in the next step of the checkout process, in the order summary.

Not home at the time of delivery?

After placing your order, we will contact your customer to confirm the delivery date and time.
If your customer is not home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be offered a second time via DPD.
For deliveries via courier or freight truck, additional charges may apply for storage and redelivery.

With direct delivery to the consumer including assembly (dropshipping and setup), your order will be delivered to the consumer within 10 business days.
To use this option, enter the residential address and select the shipping method 
“Direct delivery to consumer & assembly.”
Please note: larger parcels can only be delivered to the Netherlands, Germany, France, and Belgium.
