Teak Wood

Teak is a hardwood known for its high content of natural oils, lime, and resins. These properties make teak naturally water-repellent and less prone to drying out. It has a warm brown tone that gradually weathers to a silvery grey over time. However, our teak furniture is finished with a clear, brown, or grey lacquer, giving each piece a unique appearance. The small wooden slats are glued onto waterproof plywood, which helps prevent warping and ensures long-lasting stability.
